I have seen the spirit of a woman inside herself. Her head was around the chest area, and her legs were folded up so she was sitting. Her spirit was small enough to fit in the torso.
It appears we are capable of shrinking our spirits to fit inside our bodies for normal everyday life. But we move around when highly motivated.
I have in the past felt a bang in my chest area when I have seen a female which I have found attractive. One day I had the experience of watching that my spirit left my body on that occasion, to go to her. That is what the bang was.
Has anyone else had a similar experience, or seen spirits?
